We can work with you from the start, modeling your ideas in 3D space, making sure they match your creative intent while being physically buildable, source fabrication through our trusted partners, and deliver a fully buildable product at the time and location of your request.

If you’re a fabrication shop looking for extra modeling help with a project:

We can help model your project, check in to make sure we’re achieving the desired creative design, and provide your shop with overview sheet sets, build and install sheet sets, and CNC deliverables for your shop to execute.

Deliverables We Provide

Parametric 3D Models

We take into account details in our models such as nominal vs. actual widths for materials (e.g. 3/4” Ply => 0.725”) as well as tolerances for bolt holes, mortise and tenon connections, dog bones for CNC tool path routing, etc.

Technical Sheet Sets

Our sheets cover every detail you or your fabricator needs to construct your unit, including necessary dimensions, Bill of Materials parts list with part numbers, quantities, materials, descriptions, and CNC indicators, and any other requests you may have.

CNC Files

Our CNC is delivered via a DWG file containing your choice of nested or un-nested parts, separated by material, with quantities needed, and with layers defining type of cut (male, female, hatch, engrave, etc.). Like our drawing sheets, these are fully customizable to your fabrication preferences.

Scanner Data

Our Leica BLK360 Laser Scanner is the newest addition to our tool-set, and brings new deliverables with it. It can be added onto traditional projects, adding another layer of detail to location survey data for modeling purposes, or we can provide point clouds of spaces for other survey uses.
